Using Sia

Sia is an AI assistant operated by SI Technologies, LLC. You may use the public website for lawful questions, writing, planning, image discussion and supported public web research. Keep control of important decisions and verify information before relying on it. Sia can be mistaken or unavailable.

Accounts and sign-in

ChatGPT and Google sign-in are currently available. Sign-in lets you save and restore chats and preferences. Use your own account, protect your access and sign out on shared devices. Different sign-in methods can create separate accounts and histories; they are not automatically merged. Apple sign-in and passkeys are not currently available.

Content and privacy

Only submit content you are allowed to share. Do not provide passwords, access codes or sensitive records. Your messages and uploaded images are processed to provide the requested features. Images and audio are not stored in saved chat history in their original form. See the Privacy Policy for more detail about processing, providers, saved history and requests.

Availability and limits

We may apply usage limits to protect service availability and cost. Research and voice features depend on service and browser support. A completed website visit or response is not a guarantee that every public page was retrieved or that all facts are current. Sia does not currently have access to your private accounts, other SI product records or device controls.

Memberships

Sia Free costs $0 and requires no card. Included monthly use is limited as shown on the Plans page; reaching a limit does not cause an automatic charge. Basic is $19 per month, with the price and billing schedule shown again in Stripe checkout before payment. Pro is planned at $39 per month and is not currently available for purchase. Business and Executive are planned and cannot be purchased here.

Paid memberships renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your Sia account through Stripe's billing portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Sia does not charge automatic usage overages. Contact us through the link below if billing management is unavailable or you have a billing question.
